A sitting to reach the dead. In the archive, the séance turns up in haunted houses and one unlikely toy store. Around 1965, parapsychologist Hans Holzer brought medium Sybil Leek to the Whaley House. In trance, she sensed a hostile male presence she named as Thomas Whaley, along with a Russian otter hunter and a 13-year-old girl. In 1973, at the Perron family's farmhouse, two daughters watched one in secret. Their mother spoke in a voice not her own, and her chair levitated. Another séance was held in Aisle 15 of a Toys "R" Us in Sunnyvale, California.
