The Hudson Valley UFO Wave (The Westchester Boomerang)

December 31, 1982. Shortly before midnight, a retired New York City police officer looked south from his home and saw a V-shaped group of very bright lights. It was the first of thousands of reports. Over the next few years, people across Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties described the same thing. A shape as big as a football field. Brilliant white, red and green lights. Absolutely no sound.
