Organisation 5 stories, 1838 to 1997

The printed record of the Society for Psychical Research. Here, investigators set down what they found in haunted houses and troubled workshops. McEwan wrote up the Ardachie Lodge haunting as "The Ardachie Case" in volume 38, covering 1955 to 1956. He judged that something genuinely paranormal may be occurring. David Fontana published two reports on the Cardiff Poltergeist in 1991 and 1992, after watching stones and objects land in the Crwys Road workshop. In 2002, Dr Michael Daniels reported on the Penyffordd Farm haunting. After 14 visits, he wrote that an elaborate hoax could not be ruled out.
