A parapsychology institute in Freiburg, and the home base of Hans Bender. In 1965 Bender came from the IGPP to the Bremen porcelain shop. He judged the events there genuine recurrent spontaneous psychokinesis. Decades later, its researchers were still revisiting old cases. In 2018 Gerhard Mayer and Pilar Ramiro de Pano argued against both the silver salt and paint explanations for the Bélmez Faces. In 2019 Mayer questioned whether the fraud verdict in the Chopper ghost voice case at Neutraubling was sound.
