On the shore of Loch Ness, Foyers keeps turning up where the monster story turns. In 1933, Marmaduke Wetherell's footprints were placed on a beach in its vicinity, and Roland Watson later concluded the spot was near Foyers. 29 May 1938. G. E. Taylor stood on the north shore, opposite Foyers, and filmed something large and rounded about 200 yards out. Then 23 April 1960. From a lay-by high above Foyers, Tim Dinsdale spotted a shape across the bay, some 1300 yards away, and raised his binoculars.
