One police file. Item ITM373641, titled "Unidentified Flying Objects". The Queensland State Archives holds it, and with it the paper trail of several sightings from the state's interior. The file records the 1961 Millaa Millaa daylight object, a truck driver's report from Mount Garnet days later, and the 1965 Castle Hill case at Townsville. It also preserves the Daunia Station sighting near Nebo, a case absent from the physical trace catalogues. For decades these reports existed only on paper. The archive later published them in its "Queensland's X-Files" series, bringing Millaa Millaa back into the light in November 2025.
