As lights hung over the New Jersey Turnpike, a report to NUFORC put the watching crowd at about 100. At O'Hare International Airport in 2006, director Peter Davenport called the sighting one of the most dramatic cases the center had handled that year. Four years later, over Chelsea in Manhattan, Davenport weighed in again on the silver objects. In his opinion, they had the flavor of a cluster of balloons.
