A Canadian ufologist with Ufology Research of Manitoba, based in Winnipeg. Chris Rutkowski has written on the Falcon Lake Incident since 1980. In his view, something very unusual happened north of Falcon Lake on May 20th, 1967. He investigated the Val Johnson Incident of 1979 and found that everyone he interviewed believed Johnson. In 2018 he turned up Wing Commander D.F. Robertson's briefing at Library and Archives Canada. It shed new light on the Warren Smith photographs and the Duhamel rings. He also named 1975 Canada's "Summer of UFOs".
