A journalist at France 3 Paris Île-de-France. In March 2021, Pierre De Baudouin went back into the archives and listed nine unexplained GEIPAN cases in the Paris region. Several older files found a wider audience through that list. Among them was the Vaucresson police officers' rotating plate of 1981, a spinning craft seen by two officers for one minute. Another was the Ecquevilly ring of lights from 1993. A third was the 1994 triangle that halted silently above three gendarmes from the La Ferté-sous-Jouarre brigade on the A4 at Ussy-sur-Marne. GEIPAN still files them as unexplained.
