A British investigator who appears across three decades of cases in the archive. He chaired the Surrey Investigation Group on Aerial Phenomena, known as SIGAP, and coordinated its investigations. November 1976. He interviewed the airline crews behind the battleship-sized object over Portugal for Flying Saucer Review. In 1983 he was the first to check Alfred Burtoo's encounter near Aldershot, but drew a blank. Years later, speaking for the Phenomenon Research Association, he called Sharon Rowlands' Bonsall video one of the most important sightings of recent years.
