A ghost hunter from the Chicago area, Dale Kaczmarek leads the Ghost Research Society, a group based in Oak Lawn. His name runs through several of the archive's haunting cases. At the cemetery gates tied to Resurrection Mary, he described skin texture marks, fingerprints and scorch marks on two bronze bars pulled apart in 1976. August 1991. He led members with cameras and infrared film to Bachelor's Grove, the investigation behind the Madonna photograph he still defends. In July 2019 his team visited the Sallie House. An X-Cam logged stick figures moving toward the stairs, and recordings caught the words Sallie and Atchison.
