A port city in Argentina, and for a time the national capital of UFOs. May 1962. For about two weeks, reports filled its skies, touching the naval bases at Espora and Puerto Belgrano. Truck drivers on Route 35 described a lit object like a railway car, and Miguel Tohmé's photograph of a luminous object ran on the front page of La Nueva Provincia. The strangeness returned. In 1973 truck driver Dionisio Llanca woke among the railway corrals of the Sociedad Rural, about 10 km from his truck. In 1975 railway worker Carlos Alberto Díaz reported a night that left his watch stopped.
