Zimbabwe, 1994. A crowd of schoolchildren at the Ariel School in Ruwa became the country's most famous encounter. In the archive it works as a reference point. The Bulawayo Airport sighting of 1985 sits in its shadow, and a retrospective in The Herald revisited both. The Dampmart daylight sighting of 1975 belongs to the same small family of group sightings by schoolchildren, beside Westall in 1966 and Broad Haven in 1977. The Three-Inch Spacemen of Stowell School and the Banggol Cicar disc also invite comparison, though nothing connects them.
