A NICAP researcher and compiler. Richard H. Hall gathered sightings into The UFO Evidence, Volume II, published in 2001. Through it, cases reached Western readers, among them the Akita Airport control-tower disc, which Hall placed in 1976 though a Japanese newspaper reported it in 1975. His compilation also added motion details to the 1973 Pine deputies' chase that the surviving wire copy lacks. At Fort Dix in 1978, he wrote of bluish-green lights performing amazing aerobatics, and he vouched for the case. He also summarised the America West Flight 564 sighting of 1995.
