An author and researcher, Nick Redfern returns again and again to British cases. He researched the Man-Monkey of Bridge 39 from 1879, gathered later reports of a giant chimpanzee and a Moon Beast, and wrote Man-Monkey: In Search of the British Bigfoot. On Ronald Wildman's 1962 Aston Clinton Road encounter, he traced an Air Ministry file at Kew and saw a hint of missing time. In 2010 he asked whether PC Colin Perks's 1966 Wilmslow sighting was a British Socorro. His book Cosmic Crashes later named a witness on the 1991 Dan-Air flight.
