A ufologist from Duncan, British Columbia. John Magor edited and published Canadian UFO Report, and his book Our UFO Visitors, from Hancock House, carried the account of R.F. Neal's five-object photograph taken at Esquimalt in 1968. He investigated the 1970 Cowichan District Hospital case. Years later he quoted the nurse who saw two tall occupants inside a dome, men who looked exactly like people, only more so. In 1977, during the Victoria flap, he called the Stratford sighting authentic. He argued that hydro lines fuel the saucers.
