A pair of chroniclers of the strange, Janet and Colin Bord turn up across the archive as authors and record keepers. Their book The Bigfoot Casebook opens its chronology with Ellisburg in 1818, which they called the oldest contemporary account of an apparent Sasquatch sighting traced so far. For the Little Eagle sightings of 1977, they built their chronology on Mark A. Hall's gathering of newspaper accounts. They also wrote Alien Animals, a source for the creature said to live in Loch Morar. By 1981 they had counted 34 Morag incidents. Sixteen had more than one witness.
