A researcher and author. With Lawrence Fawcett, Barry J. Greenwood wrote Clear Intent, published in 1984. The book became the main published account of several military cases. It gave the fullest form to the Cuban MiG-21 Disintegration Incident of 1967. Its title came from a single line in the documents on the Loring AFB incursions of 1975, released through the Freedom of Information Act in the late 1970s. Greenwood also appears in the Cannon AFB story of 1976, where security police reported two objects near the flight line before dawn.
