A lawyer and a ufologist. Anthony Choy sat on the seven-member team of OIFAA, the Peruvian Air Force's small office for anomalous aerial phenomena, alongside Cmdr. Julio Chamorro and anthropologist Fernando Fuenzalida. He investigated the Chulucanas mass sightings of 2001 and disclosed the case in 2003. When the Air Force revived its UFO office as DIFAA, he later became one of its lead investigators. In 2023 he weighed in on the Alto Nanay pelacaras, where folklore pointed to the face-peeling pelacara. Choy read it differently. He said non-human beings are present in the Peruvian Amazon, citing earlier cases around Pucallpa and Yarinacochas.
