Boherlahan, County Tipperary. 1984. A local teenager named Conor Dwyer described an object. It was "the same shape as a fried egg," he said. It had "some kind of an aerial on top and it was brown in colour." A 10-year-old boy reported something else. A buzzing noise, like a chainsaw. Bright lights that dazzled him. Dwyer told The Irish Times at the time. Then the story went quiet. It surfaced again in 2007, inside the Irish Defence Forces' own UFO file, recorded in the final year that file was kept.
