A Spanish journalist and author, his name runs through some of the best-known cases of the Spanish-speaking world. In Madrid in 1968, he wrote of a floating pyramid that gave off blinding light for 65 minutes over the Gran Vía. In 1978 he wrote the first detailed account of the Green Man of Talavera la Real for Flying Saucer Review. That report contains none of the extra details Trejo added in later retellings. In 1989 or 1990 he filmed at the Huella del Pajarillo burn mark in Capilla del Monte with Fernando Jiménez del Oso. The mark was still visible.
