Morgawr and the Owlman

For a year the far end of Cornwall had a sea serpent and a bird-man at once. Morgawr was photographed off Falmouth and seen from the Lizard. Two sisters on holiday saw a feathered figure rise over Mawnan church tower, and two more girls met it in the woods that summer. A travelling showman called Doc Shiels was never far from either story.
