The Argentine wave of 1968
On the eve of San Juan in 1967 a squadron of lights crossed six provinces. The next year brought the Vidal couple, who said their car had been lifted from a road near Buenos Aires and set down in Mexico, police at Olavarría firing a machine gun at tall silver beings, and a night when the whole city of San Juan got out of bed to watch the sky.
