Vladimír Šiška founded Projekt Záře, a Czech group that keeps files on the country's unexplained cases. Its work appears across several of them. In the 1991 Miličín glowing spheres case, Projekt Záře reopened the story with journalist Jaroslav V. Mareš. The Moon, a helicopter and mass hallucination were all ruled out. The verdict was that the spheres cannot be identified. The 1992 Tři Sekery radar intercept sits in the group's files as the Invisible Phantom. On the 1987 Vranov pursuit, Šiška noted that more aircraft should have left records and witnesses. No written documents can be found.
