A Czech research group founded by Vladimír Šiška. Projekt Záře digs into the country's strangest cases and keeps its own files on them. With journalist Jaroslav V. Mareš it reopened the 1991 Miličín glowing spheres, ruling out the Moon, a helicopter and mass hallucination. The verdict was that the lights cannot be identified. Its files hold the 1992 Tři Sekery radar intercept under the title Neviditelný fantom, the Invisible Phantom. On the 1987 Vranov reservoir pursuit, Šiška noted that no written documents can be found.
