Rodrigo Moura Visoni

A Brazilian researcher and archivist who digs up the paper trail. February 2021. Rodrigo Moura Visoni found the birth certificate of José Higgins, proving the witness of the 1947 Goio-Bang encounter was a real man. For the Hallett Station lights of 1962, he found and digitised US Antarctic Research Program Bulletin 62-36, which recorded the second Hallett sighting that winter. He also offered a theory for Brazil's Official Night of the UFOs in 1986. Plasma clouds, stirred up by coronal mass ejections from the Sun.
