Boulder, Colorado. October 6, 1966. The University of Colorado agreed to an Air Force-funded study of UFOs, with Edward U. Condon as director and Robert J. Low as coordinator. Low wrote the August 1966 memo and resigned in 1968. That fall he walked the Donnybrook landing site with J. Allen Hynek and border patrolman Don Flickinger, where they found two groups of three depressions and overturned rocks. A coordinator named Low is also listed among the investigators of the 1967 Colorado Springs Airport radar case, which the committee could not explain.
