The Soviet wave of 1989
In the last years of the Soviet Union, TASS reported a landing. Children in a Voronezh park described a craft and tall three-eyed beings in September 1989, the KGB's file on the Kapustin Yar missile base leaked, and in 1990 the commander of the air defence forces, General Maltsev, put his name to a radar and fighter incident over Pereslavl-Zalessky.
