This is page 2 of an FBI FD-302 interview record about a UAP seen in September 2023. It is heavily redacted. A witness says the object kept the same size and brightness while it was watched, and their vehicles showed no interference. One person was annoyed because the airspace had been restricted for planned drone tests. The witness says they were shaken that night, checked whether the hotel TVs were out during a storm, and slept badly for two nights afterward.
