Air Force Intelligence F. G. J.
Justice Dept.
Of flying Savengers
I am writing the same letter to all three Departments on August 1st. I wrote a letter, and mailed it on August 2nd to the Air Force Intelligence telling my views of a flying sancer. In about four days the physicist mod Scott gave out a report of findings identical to my report. Now if I have hit upon the meaning of a flying sancer I would like to get the credit for it. I have reason to believe my ideas have been hit-jacked. It should be easy to find out when did Mr Scott start his experiment? Which office did my letter go through? Was my letter placed on file? It had a return address if you cannot find it that proves it was destroyed and the information used.
I have much better morning proof of my theory than my Scott , which has been before me all along , until I hit upon the idea .
The solution should not have been published. There is a great deal more to it than that, which I can explain. The idea should have been worked out thoroughly and secretly. Rainmakers could probably do a great deal of harm with the answer. There is a possibility that it could meet entirely different type of air warfare. The air force could possibly use it for defensive warfare. It could lead to war-made flying cancers which the enemy could use against us.
