(21) Electric or General Motors Research Laboratories. I am not an electrician all I know about Elect. is to grab a hold of one wire at a time on alternating current and let direct current strictly alone. It's my opinion that these discs or what have you are aluminum tanks filled with Helium gas under a lot of pressure, and permanent magnets (power full one) built on the sides with the north poles outside. When another metal object approaches them, they are repulsed at the same speed as the approaching object. U.S. DEPT. OF JUSTICE REC'D ESIONAGE AUG 11 10 02 AM 5. 5. MN 20 01 Note: The stamp text is transcribed as it appears, including the rotated orientation and partial legibility. The stamp is placed in the lower-left area of the page, overlapping the handwritten text slightly. The handwritten text continues below the stamp. The stamp includes: - "U.S. DEPT. OF JUSTICE" - "REC'D ESIONAGE" (likely "RECEIVED ESIONAGE" or similar, but "ESIONAGE" is as written) - "AUG 11 10 02 AM 5." - "5. MN 20 01" The handwritten text is transcribed verbatim, including any apparent misspellings or unconventional phrasing. The page number "(21)" is at the top center. The two black holes at the top are not transcribed as they are not textual content. The stamp is included as part of the text content as per the instruction to transcribe all text.
