6 P.S. I think I can get some information on the Russian submarine and what makes them go so deep down. Ubalsty says he is sure our navy cannot locate them as they got dummies they put out some how in the water and can fool anyone with the dummies. He said they were making a long range rocket and putting this engine in it but that the saucer goes as fast as the rocket will. I was going to patent this engine even if I did get it from Ubalsty - I placed myself in great danger to get it - and am in danger yet if anyone gives me away. But give it to the U.S.A. quick and the U.S.A. can give me something for my efforts. I do not think the U.S.A. will turn me down - do you? and maybe I will ask a favor of the F.B.I. - who knows.
