MEMORANDUM FOR DIRECTOR, AFOIN-4 ATIN: Mr. A. F. Arcier SUBJECT: UFOB Program 1. Reference is made to our discussion, subject above, of 7 September 1955 concerning the release of ATIC Special Report No. 14. 2. Present responsibility of AFOIN-4 is to bring Special Report No. 14 up-to-date as of June 1955. 3. Twenty-five copies of this declassified document, which this Headquarters now has, will be withheld from public dissemination but will be made available on an office retention basis to interested persons in the USAF Office of Information Services and the USAF Office of Legislation and Liaison. 4. It has been agreed that Mr. Arcier and Captain Hardin will attend a discussion in Washington on 28 September 1955, at which time the final release will be given to Information Services for necessary action. 5.
