From the source:Release of 2026-06-12 Incident: United States. Includes a "Check-List - Unidentified Flying Objects" that contains details about the incident. Many summaries also include witness lists or statements and other narrative reports or descriptions.

Observers did not see the object but only four or five flashes approximately one second apart and equidistant. The flashes appeared silvery to reddish in color and were likened to the glow of a firefly excepting they were larger and at equal intervals. The witnesses did not believe the flashes were occasioned by either a shooting star or a plane, because of the evenly-spaced discharges or flashes, the color and the speed Corroboration: Capt Gullage, Master of the "Bargeo" also saw the flashes while standing on the starboard deck. He stated that he had seen the same thing at approximately the same time and location on the evening of 15 July 47 except at that time the object or flashes were traveling faster and frequently changed courses ("it changed course abruptly several times") and was headed generally to the 35W.
