Minister of Civil Aviation, Wellington. On the night of Monday Oct 31st, a few minutes after 10 p.m., I heard two planes coming up from the south. The first one disappeared north before the second one, a Dakota, was overhead. I did not see them, but a neighbour who thought it was a plane with an engine fault, looked, and saw the " flying light.
