These handwritten notes, released by the CIA Reading Room in a sanitized copy approved for release on 1 December 2011, are mostly an informal chronology of Soviet parapsychology research. They list Leningrad State University telepathy work, researchers such as L. L. Vasilyev and E. K. Naumov, and US remote viewing work at SRI. The final pages describe a Texas close encounter case with medical effects, a vehicle, lights and a fleet of 23 helicopters, and mention a planned trip to Houston to see the patient.
