This National Security Agency release, Part E of a series of Communications Intelligence (COMINT) reports, is undated and heavily redacted. It contains classified message traffic marked Secret Spoke and Top Secret Umbra. The messages record radar tracking of unidentified flying objects, often several at a time, at altitudes from about 500 to 88,500 feet. Most entries describe the objects as probably balloons. Locations, sources and many dates have been removed.
