It says Minneapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center advised that Hawaiian 90, an A332 flying from Honolulu to Boston, reported lights "coming and going" at the same altitude or higher. The crew was eastbound between flight levels 350 and 370, about 25 miles south of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Law enforcement was not notified.
