Tibetan human rights case (points with Mona);
* SRB call to Porter Goss on Colombia. I sent you
a final set of points on Friday which includes a section from Mary
McCarthy on NS A;
* POTUS meetings with House Members
on China/PNTR scheduled for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. The Monday
meeting is for bi-partisan supporters ... the subsequent meetings
will be with a mix of Democratic Members; we have been working with
Chuck Brain and the Lane group on points and Q&As;

Rangel about possible travel to North Korea (points will be coming

discussion at our request. Topics should be MEPP, Colombia, Africa
(i.e., his trip), and Russia. We also need to be prepared for the
