A 2008 New York memo asks for a case on an unknown caller who tried to buy a concentrated Polonium-210 solution and asked how to get around NRC licensing rules. A 2010 memo closes that case because no criminality was established. The remaining 2003 and 2004 records cover CART forensic exams of computers received from the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
