This Defense Intelligence Agency release gathers Army and Air Force intelligence reports on unidentified flying objects from several countries. It contains translated Finnish Border Guard reports of glowing spheres and lights seen near the Soviet border, a Costa Rica sighting near Puntarenas, and Afghan news items from 1959 on bright objects over Kandahar, Mazar-i-Sharif and Kabul. Other reports describe objects over Kuldja in Sinkiang, China. A 1969 OSI report from Nakhon Phanom, Thailand concludes that a pilot's ground sighting was probably a religious procession carrying ceremonial drums.

Dear Sir, It is now Thursday evening and I have just arrived home for the first time since I had the talk with you on Tuesday. I spent last night in Invercargill. This is the first chance I have had to make a quick copy of some of the calculations. As I explained they are only rough calculations to form the basis of a theory and will probably require refining before any experimental work becomes necessary. I would like to put on record here that I sincerely believe that I have amassed enough information to form the basis for several avenues of research. Namely 2 U. F. O. Propulsion Principles I U. F.O. Power Grid 3 Travel by Space- Time manipulation 4 Basis for new form of Astronomical Measurements 5 Construction of Aerial Systems to tap Power of Grid 6 Formation of Volcanoes 7 Reason for Earthquake Phenomena 8 Location of Ancient Civilizations 9 Geometrical basis of Atomic explosions IO Relationship between Matter and Anti-matter. This is only a short list and I believe that at the moment I have only scratched the top of the iceberg. The facts I have so far are only a fraction of those awaiting discovery. I have now found that what I started as a hobby has developed into something that would take many lifetimes of pure research. Although I am still finding new facts to add to the growing list I realize that I have almost reached the limits of my capacity of knowledge. It now requires Specialists in various branches of Scientific knowledge to carry on the work to a logical conclusion. If the United States Government is interested in any aspect of my research I am only too happy to co-operate in any way possible.The only stipulation I make is that I have complete freedom to publish anything connected with my discoveries. I have a great admiration and respect for America and it's people, but I believe that no country has the right to suppress facts relating to U. F. O. Phenomena. I have no political leanings and sincerely believe that the world has the right to know the true facts.
