Defense Intelligence Agency · 38 pages · text from the file's own layer

This Defense Intelligence Reference Document was prepared by the Defense Intelligence Agency in March 2010 under its Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications (AAWSA) Program. It reviews reported injuries to people exposed at close range to anomalous aerospace vehicles and attributes them mainly to electromagnetic radiation field effects, including burns and neurological effects. The document argues that clinical diagnoses could help infer the characteristics of such systems. Its appendices list historical cases and classify reported physiological effects using ICD codes and Vallee ratings.
