Dear Dr. Rettie
This is information regarding U.F.O. that I thought should be reported. I am not signing this as I wish to be unknown, but on Oct 25, 1966 around 10.30 p.m. I saw the following object in a certain area. It resembled to wedding bands of light and was quite low. After watching it for awhile it put on two rows of red lights. Each light was about the size of an egg. Then they went out and the white light bands reappeared & it floated down earthward. All was darkness for awhile until it reappeared coming from the ground, then it hovered over the town of Douglas for a long time
