AGREEMENT OF SALE OF MARRIED AND ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATE

This agreement made between Mr. Paul Santovenia Lopez, a Cuban citizen, of 2001 age, married, an employee, residing at 5907 Park Avenue, West New York, New Jersey, of the one part; and Mr. Roberto M. Froto, a Cuban citizen, of legal age, married an employee, residing at 41-25 Kissena Boulevard, Flushing, New York, of the other part, witnesseth:

FIRST: That the said Mr. Santovenia was designated Administrator or Trustee of Mr. Jorge Min Yun's belongings, a Cuban citizen of legal age, single, who died in Cuba as a member of The Cuban Brigade number 2908; and this designation was made by the parents of the deceased, i.e., Anastacia Yun Cho and Mr. Pedro Min, both Cuban citizens, residing in Cardenas, Cuba, and is granted in the Special Power of Attorney signed on January 6, 1964, before the Notary Public, Dr. Miguel Antonio Dolores Santamarina.

SECOND: That Mr. Jorge Min Yun's belongings was a Pension granted to him as a member of such a Brigade in the amount of $285.00, monthly, during the period March 1961 to December 1966, which represents the total amount of $15,750.00.

THIRD: That of the total amount of $15,750.00, Mr. Santovenia has deducted the following payments and expenses: (a) the amount of $915.00 due to Mr. Min's parents, (b) the amount of $159.00 purchased in medicine and sent to Mr. Min's parents, (c) the amount of $75.00 paid to the Committee for Liberty of Playa de Giron, (d) the amount of $1,956.00 which represents all the expenses as Administrator during the entire period.

FOURTH: Consequently, the net amount kept by Mr. Santovenia after deducting the payments and expenses mentioned in Paragraph number third, is $13,059.00.

FIFTH: The other part, Mr. Roberto M. Froto, states that he has been appointed Administrator of Mr. Jorge Min Yun belongings, by Mr. Pedro Min and Anastacia Yun Cho, father and mother of the deceased, and this designation is granted in the written Power of Attorney signed on June 5, 1967, before the Notary Public of San Diego del Valle, Cuba, Dr. Roberto M. Arismendi Urriola; and therefore, since today he is the substitute of Mr. Santovenia as Administrator.

SIXTH: That today he receives from Mr. Santovenia a certified check issued by the First National Bank of Jersey City, in the amount of $13,059.00, relieving Mr. Santovenia of further responsibilities.
