Under the authority granted in the Memorandum dated 13 April 1953, from the DCI to the DD/A and the extension of this authority in subsequent memoranda, Subproject 52 was previously approved. Under the same authority an additional sum of $15,000 has been authorized to cover the Subproject's expenses and is to be charged to 9-2502-75-902.
