The bank statement finally arrived, and I enclose herewith all of the papers to close out the account: 1. Remaining cancelled checks and monthly statements, including final statement showing 0.00. 2. The final recapitulation in the usual form, showing expenditures . 3. The out-of-pocket expense notebook 4. A statement for three additional day's consulting. 5.
