Dear Sir:
I read in the paper where you would like to get reports of strange objects in the sky. Yesterday morning (Dec 21st) at five o'clock A.M. I happened to be up and looked out the window saw not very far off it seemed a big ball of light with a neck on top and a funnel shape on that. It stayed about three minutes then started to turn red then down to a pink & mauve then went out like a light turned off. Don't know how long it was there before I saw it. I live in Highbury about a mile from the main highway of New Minas. Turning up by White Light in New Minas. The light was to the south very low.
