Dear Mr . Rettie
This is information regarding U.70 that I thought should be reported I am not signing this as I need to be unknown, but on Oct 25 1966 around 10.30 pm I saw the following object in a certain area. It resembled to wedding bands of light and was quite low after watching it for a while it put on two hours of red lights each light was about the size of an egg then they went out and the white light bands reappeared. It floated down earthward all was darkness for while until it reappeared coming from the ground, then it hovered over the town of Douglas for a long time
